Impact Presenting In-House

In-House Presentation Skill Training

Presenting is a vital part of how work gets done. But most professionals never actually learn how to do it well.  You and your team team present to clients, to leadership, to stakeholders, and to each other. Everyone knows their material. But presentations still underperform. Decisions take longer than they should. And good ideas don’t land the way they need to. Most people still present the way they were taught in school. Put a lot of information on slides and read it. But that’s not how people actually listen or remember things.

In-house presentation skill training closes this gap.

Your team learns to present in ways that actually work. They learn how to structure ideas so people understand them and connect with their audience instead of just delivering information. They also learn to leave the slides at home and try alternative mediums like multimedia or flipchart. The result is better presentations which people look forward to attending (and that the presenter looks forward to delivering!)

Why do this in-house?

We customize the training to your company and your industry and focus on the situations your people actually face. We teach skills that apply to real meetings and real presentations happening in your organization.

About Your Coach Eric Molin brings 12+ years of experience coaching nearly 5,000 professionals across technical, scientific, and corporate environments (NASA, medical schools, major organizations). He specializes in helping people say what they have to say to get the results they need.

Do you tailor the course for our industry?

Yes – all examples, practice scenarios, and tools are customised to your context.

How do you handle feedback?

We use solutions-focused feedback, meaning no criticism (even the “constructive” kind). We help people discover their individual strengths and make actionable tips rather than telling them things they probably already know. Where our attention goes, so does our energy. We want your energy flowing into you being a great speaker, not worrying about the small things!

Can shy speakers benefit from this?

Absolutely. Our method works for all personality types. The key is that we allow people to discover their natural presentation style, instead of being told the usual  “to copy the coach”

How many people can take part?

We recommend small groups for maximum engagement, but options can be scaled. We can manage groups up to 30 or more people, but hands-on practice for participants to practice what they have learned becomes harder with more than 12 people.

Is this suitable for remote teams?

Yes – our virtual format works perfectly for teams which are across various regions or those working from home office, allowing everyone to work together. We typically use Zoom, but can also work with Teams or WebEx
